Video 2

Okay, I apologise. Like Cecilia said on the last post; I need to calm down. Try to understand my situation though, your on the other side of the screen: safe. My life is on the line, I'm not safe. Some of you, most of you, probably think this is fake. Well go ahead, think what you want but I assure you this is very real.

Now I know I have a lot of explaining to do, my last few posts have been a little confusing. To explain everything I have to continue telling you about the videos. So this is Video 2:

The video starts out with me (I'm assuming) driving up to a large house, the camera is resting on the dash board. Zack's car from the last video is parked outside the house. Obviously I followed him out here, trying to stop him. I get out of the car and walk up to the front gate and unlatch it. There was a long pathway up to the door made out of gravel. At the door I didn't bother to knock but rather opened the door and walked right in.

Once in the house I start calling out Zack's name. There is no answer; the house seems completely empty. I slowly make my way down the entrance hall into what looks like the dining room. The table is littered with papers and other useless junk. At this point I'm almost screaming Zack's name, obviously worried about his safety, and probably mine too. I look behind me back down the hall when I suddenly hear the front door shut. The camera visual then starts to distort, the colours change, starts fuzzing, and some frames keep getting repeated. Walking down the hall is a man in a suit. It is so dark I was able to make out his face on video. Upon seeing this man I start to mutter "No,no" over and over again, stumbling backwards. The camera is dropped and the visual goes black. The audio is still there though. You can hear my screams until it goes silent. After about five minutes the visual comes back. The house is empty and the camera shuts off.

I have no idea what happened or who the man in the suit was. I do know where the house is though. I've seen it. It's in this town.

Someone named Tyler says he can help me. Please get me out if this place.

Video 1

I need to get out of here. Luckily I was able to shove the laptop under the mattress before they searched my backpack. This room is cramped, the bed takes up almost half of it, there are no windows; the only light is coming from a dim lightbulb hanging from the ceiling.

I should have just left. Instead I had to try the password one more time.

The password was "watcher".

The folder contained two videos titled: 4/13/12 PART 1 and 4/13/12 PART 2. You guys were right, the 41312 was a date. Of course I watched the videos, I had to, wouldn't you?

The first one (4/13/12 PART 1) was filmed from my perspective. I was holding the camera, or I'm pretty sure I was because it was my voice coming from the other side. Anyways the first video took place entirely in a what we can assume was my house; from the context of the video it seems like someone else lived with me. I'm not sure if he is a friend or relative.

The entire video was just me and Zack (that is the other persons name) arguing. Zack kept mentioning that we need to stop this "thing". He didn't say person or what its name is, he just called it a thing. I keep on telling him that it is too dangerous and he will die if he goes. In the end he leaves; off to stop this "thing". The camera then shuts off.

Now the second video.

Wait, someones coming.

Who Is The Watcher?

Sorry about the unexplained picture, it was given to me by a little girl today. I don't recall her name but she was sitting on a bench out side of a small store. The store had a few cameras so I bought one.

As I was walking out of the store I saw the girl. She was no older than ten with pigtails and a dress. She saw me and told me some interesting things. First she stated that I was new in town and that a lot of adults were talking about me. Okay, I can understand that, but them she said "and they are talking about the watcher a lot too". I asked who the watcher is and she said he is "the good man who saves us".

I found this very intriguing. I preceded to ask more about this "watcher" when her father came out of the store. Je gave me a smug look and took his daughter; at the last second she ripped a picture out of her notebook and gave it to me. The picture is the one I posted earlier.

I am not sure what the picture is of. There is a figure in the middle with what seems to be six arms and a bunch of people around him. There is something unnerving about the picture. Is the guy in the middle the "watcher"?

I've decided to leave tomorrow, if I can't get a ride I will walk out of town. I don't like this place.

Talk With The Sheriff And Pills

I told you when I got back I would tell you what went down with the sheriff. It was around 7:00 when I went to see him, his office and everything is centered in the local station; there was one cell, a waiting room and his office. The sheriff himself was not what I expected. He looked young, early twenties, his voice was gruff and he looked dirty, just unclean. There was something else about him too, something that was off a bit. Maybe it was the way he talked, fast and slurred, or the way he was constantly looking around; eyes darting back and forth across the room.

Anyway our conversation went something like this:

Me: Hello my name is..Lance. I don't really know how to start this.

Sheriff: From the beginning I would suppose.

Me: Yeah, of course. I woke up, almost five days now, in a small house a few miles out of town...

Sheriff: The Theodore house, private property, it's illegal to be there.

Me: Yes but I woke up there.

Sheriff: Did you fall asleep there?

Me: No. No. Well....I don't know. My..memory...it's just gone.

Sheriff: What the hell do you mean?

Me: I don't know. I remeber things about this world and how it works, but I'm not sure why because I don't know a thing about myself.

Sheriff: You remembered your name. Your argument isn't going so well.

Me: That's the only thing I remember, I don't even know if it's my real name.

Sheriff: Sounds like you may have hit your head, you might want to see Miss Natalie.

Me: Yeah, maybe I did.

Sheriff: Then why didn't you try to find a hospital?

Me: There isn't one around here! No one in this town really tells me anything! It's like your trying to hide it.

Sheriff: Well I'm afraid to inform you that the nearest hospital is a three hour drive out of town. Our town does have a doctor though, Miss Natalie. She may be able to tell you if any serious damage was done to that head of yours.

Me: I guess that's my only choice. Can you drive me there?

Sheriff: Yeah. Theres nothing else to do in this god awful town.

That was pretty much the extent of the conversation. On the drive to the doctor I asked if the date April 13, 2012 meant anything to him. He answered with a stiff and firm no. He wanted to know why and pretty much told him the truth; I said that I think it may have something to do with what happened to me. He didn't reply.

The sheriff dropped me off at Natalie's house; she's one of those doctors who practices from home. It was a decent sized house, two stories, the upstairs devoted to medical practices. Me and Natalie didn't exchange much conversation. She told me that I had a minor head injury and that after a couple weeks or so I should start regaining memory. She also gave me a bottle of what she said was ibuprofen to help get rid of headaches; which I have been having. I left and walked back to the motel (wasn't thinking, I should have had the sheriff wait for me).

I don't trust Natalie. If my head injury wasn't that bad would have I really forgotten so much? She also gave me a bottle of pills with NO label. I took the pills anyway..woke up about two hours ago. I don't know if it was the pills that knocked me out like that or just my own fatigue. My headache has only gotten worse.

I want to leave this place, something is off with it. I could walk to the hospital, but I don't know the route and it would take far too long. These people don't seem friendly enough to take me there. Maybe I can get a ride. Any ideas?
